BEWARE... I paid attorney Michael Eyre for a consultation and it ended up being a big mistake.

While Mr. Eyre presents as a nice personality, in my experience, he lacked organization, empathy and accountability. First, during the consultation, Mr. Eyre seemed unsure of what to talk about. He also allowed us to go over an hour, then complained. So I paid him double his fee. Then Mr. Eyre said he would follow up the following workday and he didn't.

After days of not hearing from the attorney, I had to hunt him down. The when I finally got him on the phone, he didn't apologize and took no responsibility. Instead, he claimed that there was some misunderstanding.

Once Mr. Eyre's practices were exposed and he realized the poor impression he had made, he bowed out and suddenly claimed that he couldn't help me with an easy case in default (that also wouldn't make him a lot of money).

I wasn't planning on using Mr. Eyre due to his poor start. But I wanted to share my experience for others to heed.

I am an Air Force veteran and this is my true and sworn testimony.
