This firm completely wasted my time and missed something that could’ve been huge for my case.
I was involved in an explosion on my job.
There was neglect on my employers part and they never filed anything to show that there was neglect. Now, the statute of limitations has run out on me being able to submit for tha.
In a year and a half they did absolutely nothing.
They don’t return phone calls.
And it is beyond rare that you actually get to speak with an attorney.

Generally, I only ever spoke with a representative.
The last time they actually returned my call after me calling them at least six times, they called me back and got me confused with another one of their clients.
I dropped this firm and substituted them with a much better attorney.
I absolutely would not recommend this law firm.
They were deplorable.

This is a response to their response.
That is completely inaccurate. I heard from the attorney twice in two years.
The third time and the last time was after I told them I was leaving to go with another attorney.
She never apologized. She never offered to make it right. She just said OK fine.

I was told to call every two weeks for a follow up because they never called me.
I only called maybe once every couple of months because I didn’t want to bother them too much.
But I only got a response to my call maybe one out of five phone calls that I made to them.
They had no idea that I had finished my treatment six months prior.

And it is absolutely incorrect that I did not have a case for serious and willful missconduct.
If they would’ve had deeper discussions with me, they would’ve found that out. I only found out about it from my new attorney, but it was very clear that they never knew because they never asked me specific questions.

Now I have requested my file for my new attorney three times twice by phone and one by email and I am getting zero response nor is my new attorney.
These are undeniable facts.

If you're looking for a law firm that will fight for you, then do not retain PLBH.
