I was told by other attorneys that the only way to get a green card was to go back to my country and wait many years to come back. Attorney Mateo reviewed my case and gave me hope. I had pretty much given up, but I'm glad I listened to my friend who recommended I at least talked to Ms. Mateo. She helped his wife get her green card too. 🙏🏽

She was great at getting my advance parole , but when it came to following up with the remaining of the process we agreed which route to take after that never heard from her again

She was great when helping me get my advanced parole everything was fast and easy and a lot of communication. However when I went to start my citizenship process it felt very disorganized and little to no communication. I wouldn't receive some documents I needed and would get told that they'd get sent over but wouldn't, she'd be late to phone appointments. Life happened and I had to cancel the process on July I emailed and talked on the phone with Ms.Mateo and spoke about a refund. She told me she'd get back to me in regards of how much but never heard from her again. I've been calling and emailing trying to get my refund but no one returns my calls or writes back. It was only once where her receptionist called me back and said she was going to talk to Ms.Mateo and get back to me but again haven't heard anything back and dont get any response. I get that there's more important cases to work in but at the end of the day its still a business and should have communication with the clients

Virtual consultation was a fail as this attorney informed me of having difficulties on her end with connectivity. The $40 virtual fee consultation is simply a ploy to gather information, gives false expectations with absolutely no intentions of actually providing assistance. Led to believe she was too busy to take the case and stated by the end of the week she would reach out to me. Well........ after several calls to her answering service person and approximately one and have months later, a call was placed by me once again only to be told this attorney had zero attorneys to recommend. Would not recommend.Profiting of consultations, which should be free. Stay away if you are seeking passport assistance. Profiting from the Latino community shame on you Lizbeth Mateo.
