BIG FAT FAIL! Your response: "I should also add that I spoke to both attorneys involved in the case, Abe and Jason. We did not secure any surveillance videos because it was clear that no matter what was depicted it wouldn't accomplish anything to help our client" is outrageous. Why was I not part of that decision making process? THAT is why I hired you. If I would have been, I would've retained other counsel who believed in my statement and would do what they offered (& were hired) to do during the consultation discussion. Retainer was based on this. knowledge that I needed to know so I could determine whether I should be driving or take time to continue to grieve for my mother who passed away. That was cruel, irresponsible and disrespectful. You want to let me know now in a review response/post...after the fact. Why didn't Abe alert me the day before the hearing when I asked him about it? He was completely unaware. Sounds like I just fell through a big fat crack that was most convenient for you boys. Or was completely intentional. Good luck folks whomever hires them...stay on top of them if you do because they were a big fat FAIL for me.
