Disappointing is an understatement for this place, unprofessional behavior. You'd get better results literally anywhere else. I gave a 1 star review because it won't let me rate it any lower than that.

I generally forgive human error, but that assumes human intelligence was present in the first place. Calling this office felt like getting accidentally patched into the primate enclosure at feeding time. First, I had to listen to someone loudly smacking their lunch into the phone for 10 minutes, followed by an “attorney” power-blowing his nose directly into my ear. Operating a simple mute button is apparently rocket science over there. Then came the legal counsel: an unwarranted, 30-minute dollar-store therapy session. Instead of demonstrating any grasp of actual law, these intellectual giants spent half an hour tone-policing my vocabulary and analyzing my feelings. If I wanted amateur psychoanalysis from someone with a room-temperature IQ, I would have shaken a Magic 8 Ball. They only dragged the call out because stringing together the (more respectable) sentences, “We’re too lazy to do paperwork,” or “I don’t want to help you” would have fried their single shared brain cell.
