Ayayo Law has been wonderful to work with. I worked with them on several real estate legal matters, namely a smooth and timely property sale, and handling tenant evictions. Over the last 4 years I have used the Ayaylo law firm for my different issues. They are a full service firm that has never let me down. Their work is excellent and all done in a timely manner. Chris Ayayo amended my living trust and Deborah Young, his partner, helped me on several other matters. There was a contracting issue that involved harassment, fraud, breach of contract and was settled right before we were to go before the judge. Her depositions are a marvel to behold. Another was a final draft of an industrial building lease that has waste management permits involved and the last was a promissory note that was just completed last week. Their rates are very competitive.
