We are extremely disappointed by Irina's lack of professionalism, lack of response, and lack of follow through.

Twice, she promised drafts of documents and did not provide them to us or bother to respond. We were supposed to receive drafts of our documents by Wednesday to review so that we were ready for our signing appointment the following Wednesday. We followed up on Monday, two days before our appointment, asking for a copy of the drafts. She responded the Wednesday morning of our appointment, promising the drafts by the end of the week. We rescheduled our signing for a Monday in the future. On Thursday, four days before our appointment, we still hadn't received anything or heard from her and reached out. Our Monday signing appointment came and went. We did not show up because we were not sure what was happening on her end. We did not receive any response from her, nor any drafts.

Irina and her law office are outstanding. She is extremely professional, helpful, and well versed in all applicable laws. Before you try any other attorneys, give her a shot and you will see. Awesome!

She did our will--took longer than expected, and we had to follow up with her several times to get status updates. I called her on 8/10 to do a simple legal name change, and she took over a month to start the process, then hasn't responded to any emails since then. I called to follow up on 9/22, and she told me everything would be filed by the end of the week...and nothing. Just called back, and was told yet again that she was unavailable and they had no updates.

Overall I was pleased with our experience. Irina went above and beyond to help with our estate planning. She simplified the process and allowed multiple small edits until we were pleased with the final product. She is kind, intelligent and most importantly trust worthy.
