				I had an hour consultation with him, he's professional, and came across as honest and genuine. He didn't take my case but recommended another attorney as he was straightforward that it will be a difficult case and the size of his firm and the nature of the high conflict of my case won't be a good match.

				Excellent Lawyer - Highly Recommend David Luca



David is an outstanding lawyer who helped me navigate my divorce, which involved custody evaluations and numerous court appearances with a very difficult ex-husband. Even now, I continue to reach out to him for child custody-related questions, as my ex-husband frequently creates issues.

				I was charged 433 dollars to consult with David. I planned to hire him because a friend reccomensed him. I made David aware of the time frame I would want to hire him and that was not a problem at the time of the consult. When it was time to hire him I called to pay the retainer and was sent the link for payment. I was then informed when I called to make the payment that David could no longer take me on. Because he was too busy. I felt extremely disappointed  because I was out the money and then had to scramble to find another lawyer. I asked for the consult fee back because I don't think it was fair of him to do the consult if he didn't have time to work with me. His reply was that he gave me advise so he could not refund me.  The only advise I remember him giving me was that I did not need him for the first court appearance which I was not planning to hire him for any way. I feel very taken advantage of. Feels like a scam to me.
