All the "lawyering" hours were not necessary, the owner and their associates built a habit of bs-ing, and made things more lengthy, complicated. Their communications with the other side would not copy you, but they will simply says, it took them 10 hours to do the work, because the other side fought, the other side was frivolous. This law firm fits those who are hateful and need tons of agreement and validation.

Open your eyes, all languages they used are disrespectful and hatred.

This law firm abuse the payable hours and charged tons of thousands for nothing. This owner lawyer played a lot of tricks. With his tricks, the case is more complex, involves more angers, more escalation to motions and appeals.

Without his tricks, his client could have saved more money to amicably settle or negotiate. They asked for multiple times of retainer fee, after retainer fee and escalated retainer fees before they worked. they would intimidate you to terminate the representation if you stop paying.

This lawyer cuts off spouses's communication, tainted the good faith communication into conspiracy.

His client faced severe charges due to his advices and mishandling. His client abused his spouse during the divorce proceeding under this lawyer representation, this lawyer validated his client’s abusive act. The client was assured that he would be exculpated because the lawyer has connection on the bench.

In opinion, this lawyer only has one goal, to gas lighten the parties and blame the other side, then he can charge more if things get complicated, or he can blame the other side if he loses.

This firm will easily dry you up, they will make you sound like you are the rightest person in the world, said you would get back all your legal fee from opposing side, offered two lawyers in one single simple hearing, and if you believe it, you screw, because you will get nothing but pay two lawyers to show up for nothing in one simple hearing. If you want your spouse to become your life enemy, you could easily do it with this lawyer, he is disruptive, talk over other counsel, fought like a crying baby, repeated the same thing 5 times even he was denied. But guess what, there is appeal and motion, his client ends up spending more money. People who hired them did not see the big picture. Who will win, you or your spouse ? Or just the lawyer.

Legal proceeding is not necessarily stressful, but it is definitely stressful if this firm is involved. If professionalism is about being disruptive and hostile, then you define your dictionary very well. Good luck to all your clients, I bet they have very deep pocket to cover the mess unnecessarily created by "professionalism", how much money they have spent extra due to your so called "professionalism" ? There are more professional folks around, do not define them with your professionalism.

Of course it won't be a problem spending more time to expose. But No, won't call to discuss, because no one wants to be the next desperate client.
