Hello, good afternoon. My name is Victor Jonathan Reyes Rodriguez. I'm contacting you through this channel because I have many questions and haven't received any answers. I'm using my full name because I don't want anyone to think they don't know me or that I don't have a case with you. I can't say that everything has been bad in this process of over two years. There have been some responses, but not the ones I want, since I'm not receiving treatment for my injuries, I'm not taking any medication, and to top it all off, I haven't received any answers from Teresa or the lawyer.
