Completely unorganized and unprofessional. The case managers answers the phone while eating, refuse to answer important questions or find them out for you when they don’t know. Horrible communication and customer service. They don’t value their clients time nor do they properly fight for what you truly deserve in your case. In one year I had about 6 different case managers in which I had to explain my case over every single time. Not a single note on my case was read or given to any new case manager and every time I asked what was going on, it was because the previous person was supposedly fired. I would never recommend this law firm to a stranger let alone anyone close to me. This experience makes it difficult to trust firms to truly fight for your case let alone provide you with confidence and assurance as well as accountability for their lack of communication, misinformation, and efforts to resolve any client complaints or questions. WARNING TO ANYONE …. Please just find a firm that you trust from someone you know. This firm doesn’t care about you or your case.
