Goldschmid, Silver & Spindel

I retained this firm based on a recommendation from an employee of the LASD. From the first call with counsel, Suzanne Agatste, it would seem that she works for the worker's comp board. When I attempted to ask a question, she would stop me and tell me more about how my claim will be denied and how their doctor may deny services too. I was 100% ok with that risk but what I wasn't ok with was not being able to ask follow up questions. She said you are not using your own time (in fact, I am). She then proceeded to tell me that I should go back to work then. When I tried to ask her how I should go about that since the doctor has placed restrictions and a HR meeting determined those restrictions could not be accommodated (I was dismissed from work on my own time) She said if your hand doesn't hurt go back (the injury is my shoulder and I've still had no diagnosis). She then told me to be careful of complaining my way out of a job. As a member of the LASD community, I 100% do not recommend.

All I can advise you to stay away from this firm. Larry Silver a professional liar and will only think about his profit or overly charged attorneys fees.
