Over charged and he didn’t work for us at all. He rescheduled court dates is all he was good for. He will not fight for your freedom even though you’re innocent. He just offered a plea deal and even then I wouldn’t have paid over $45k just to get screwed by the state. He will not fight for you at all. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney at all. If you want justice please find it somewhere else because Charles Baker will not seek it in the state of Texas much less any where else. Over charged and no justice seeked in these past 3 years he prolonged our case.
