Our experience with The Buzbee Law Firm, specifically attorney Chris Leavitt, was extremely disappointing. Our case lasted almost four years, and throughout that time we constantly felt left in the dark. Communication was very poor, we rarely received updates about what was happening with the case, and overall we felt there was a serious lack of care and attention. Early on, we were given extremely high expectations about the potential value of the case, including conversations about millions of dollars. After nearly four years of waiting and trusting the process, we ultimately received a phone call telling us the case was being closed. There was no meaningful communication beforehand preparing us for that outcome or explaining that the case had reached that point. What bothered us the most was not simply that the case was closed, but how the entire process was handled. After investing years of our lives into this case, we expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism. Based on our personal experience, I would not recommend Chris Leavitt. If you decide to work with this firm, I strongly suggest asking detailed questions and making sure you receive regular updates about your case instead of assuming you will be kept informed.
