				I am extremely disappointed with this law office and the way my father’s workers’ compensation case has been handled. We have repeatedly tried to get in contact with the attorney and have not received the communication or updates we were promised. We were left waiting for important information regarding my father’s case, with no clear explanation or follow-up. This is completely unacceptable when dealing with such an important legal matter. We also went to the office address and found the office appeared to be closed and abandoned, which made it even more difficult to reach the attorney or obtain answers. Our family should not have to chase an attorney for basic communication and information about a case. We expected professionalism, accountability, and timely communication, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this law office. I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this attorney to make sure they can reliably communicate with the office and receive timely updates about their case.

				I love Carmen but her staff really don't match her experience. Terrible service. One of the receptionist hangs out the phone on me because I persist in her giving me a solution to my requested about a follow accident that I had after the first accident.

				This attorney did nothing for my case. One of her staff was rude upon meeting him and the attorney expects me to be ok with that. I told her and a few staff members I did not want this rude paralegal to work on my case. Now I have a court ordered deposition and no representation because of their inability to pay attention to small details...looking for another attorney now and my deposition is a week away... Wish I trusted my gut.
