Very poor communication. I don't know if it's a reflection of the lawyer, but their representative, Reyes, makes a lot of promises when you hire them, but they don't keep their word. I had an accident in April 2022, and as of September 2023, I still don't know how much I'll be reimbursed for the damages, even though their office has already received the check from the other insurance company. Don't waste your time and hire a more capable group of lawyers. This experience has been very stressful for me.
