This is my second time using The law offices of Brad Husen. Their team has consistently been professional, caring, and they answer every question I have had throughout the process. Over the years I have recommended several other friends/family who have all had the same experience. They communicate extremely well, answer the silly paranoid questions that come up, explain current situations, and provide confident solid advice every step of the way. I have had the pleasure of working with Josh, Jake, and Brad as well as several of their team members in the office. I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing legal advice or support in the future. To them you aren't just a $ sign or another client, they genuinely care in making sure you are taken care of.

My experience with Brad Huston Law Firm was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My dad and I were repeatedly told that a settlement offer would be sent to the insurance company, and we were told this twice over the course of two months. Unfortunately, we later found out that the offer was never sent at all, despite being told otherwise. Communication was poor, and we felt misled throughout the process. What made the situation even worse was that after we left a review describing our experience, Brad Huston threatened to sue my dad if the review wasn’t taken down. Instead of addressing the concerns or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the response was intimidation. Overall, this experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering this firm be very cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented.

I guess in less you are trying to go for a million dollar case this company treats you like dirt. My daughter did not want to go through with back injections so we asked to settle her case. They said they would put together a settlement in a day or so. Three weeks pass and we called and he said he forgot! He then proceeded to say he will do it right away and two weeks later still nothing. We called and he said he was going to have his wife put it together?!? Needless to say we asked to part ways. Unless you like being treated like you don't matter I suggest going elsewhere
