Its been a while since Alice put together a trust for my mom, and my mom has since passed. Per the terms of the trust, I, as trustee, distributed all her assets to my two sisters and myself, and everything was simple and went smoothly. Before she passed, the powers of attorney were quite useful in managing my mother's affairs and her health. As I think back, I really appreciate the job Alice did for us.
