My experience with this attorney revealed a level of inconsistency and questionable conduct that families should be aware of. While my mother was alive, they treated her with exceptional care and were perfectly professional with me as her personal assistant. The moment my mother passed and my sister became executor, their behavior toward me changed overnight. They became dismissive, curt, and at times openly disrespectful — a complete departure from how they had acted for years. What truly crossed the line was the shady handling of my mother’s personal items, including attempts to access items that had not yet been inventoried. That is not a misunderstanding — that is a breach of basic professional integrity. Estate transitions are already painful; the last thing any family needs is an attorney whose behavior shifts depending on who holds authority, or who engages in questionable actions around personal property. If you are looking for an attorney who is consistent, transparent, and ethical throughout the entire process — not just when it benefits them — I cannot recommend this one. ---
