				I was referred to this law practice by the head of an Assisted Living Place near me. I needed an Eldercare Attorney for Medicaid application for my husband. He served in Vietnam. 				Deciding to have my Will / Trust drawn up generated a plethora of emotions for me.  Upon entering their law ofc, my anxiety was through the roof!

Ted and his staff all worked doggedly to insure my comfort and peace of mind while painstakingly insuring all my i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed!

All listened intently, answered all my questions, for which there were many, and delivered my documents with a face-to-face sit down, review, note taking, all to insure my understanding and comfort in knowing my wishes were addressed and will be well looked after.

				Maneuvering through the process of getting the level of care your parents deserve is hard enough.  So many rules, laws, etc.  Ted Wolfendale and his right-hand man Al took the time to explain, stay in touch throughout the process and made me feel like I was a member of their family.  I would truly recommend anyone going through this process, to pick up the phone and ask Ted for help!  I could give them 10 stars!
