Recommended your advocates to my clients for their probate case, coordinated the partial payment of the retainer agreement and then never heard from the attorney again. I am on day 10 with multiple voicemails, multiple calls to a receptionist that is apparently on a different floor and cannot confirm if Jocelyn the probate manager is even in the office, multiple emails and as of today I still have no evidence they have done anything for our case besides collecting the retainer payment. On the way to confirm in person because this makes no sense to me.

I called last tuesday 7/7 for potential help in getting out of a builders contract. Instaad of setting up a consulation meeting they charges me $250 to review the contract. It is now 7/16 no one has reached out to me. I called twice to get an update but they just claimed “they will reach out when they get a chance” if you arent going to review my contract and help me get out of it dont charge me money. I want a refund!
