Stephanie F Dominguez is a straight SCAMMER!!! I hired her as a federal attorney against the USPS on a discrimination, harassment, and negligence case she assured me 90% chance of winning the case. Contract was said to pay upfront retainers of $2500 increments “BEFORE” any of her service towards this case. After 4 payments ($10,000) she came with another retainer agreement trying to force me to pay $3500 upfront retainers in advance and with only 60% chance of winning instead of 90% so I dropped her off my case in April 2021. January 2026 she sues me for unpaid debt for work she hasn’t even done. Don’t trust this scammer she’s very selfish and a scheme and broke with no office of her own! Straight devil do me like this while I was sleeping in my car and steady being harassed.

I was with witnesses and had my phone on speaker when I scheduled a consultation. Despite this, they missed the appointment entirely. When I called back, it took them several days to respond, only to claim that I hadn't paid the required fees. However, they never disclosed any fees upfront, nor did they provide a way to pay them. The professional association has since confirmed that their fee structure must be disclosed ex-ante. Professionally abysmal.
