I did receive help after multiple calls and waiting for hours and sending multiple emails asking for an update only to be told nothing much can be done. This was a referral through CA about mobile home issues that they couldn’t resolve. I was told to contact the mobile home park and get updates when the legal team couldn’t. An incomplete fix was completed and the issue is still at stand and I am just ignored now. I had read other reviews and they are true. If you like waiting and waiting only for no results, this is the place to be at.

I called and they did not answer my phone call. I was waiting for 2 hours. Waste of time.

Very efficient, and if you're low-income they don't charge you.

This place is no longer in operation. I called for an hour and never got an answer. It looks like it's empty. They should update the information about the place because Google says it's open, and that's a lie. You go to these places hoping to get advice, and you find this.

I have been calling for days! Waiting on the phone for over three hours to never get to a rep. Then, I call this morning and it doesn't open at 8:30am, the phone lines open at 8:50am because I called over and over until I got through. I was number #3 in line and then, it hung up on me out of nowhere. I call back and I'm number 10. They really need to fix their service or get more reps because this is ridiculous
