I wish I had the same to say about Mr. RC. Although my case was long, I was met with lackluster effort and told numerous times that there was nothing that could be done. To include a separate case from my DWI in which she stated that nothing could be done. Yet, as soon as another, Lawyer was hired the same day changes were made. I did not in any way feel I was fought for by this professional. My firearms were of more Focus than my freedom and ultimately was taken into the hall the last day of my court hearings after almost a year and a half and told that I only had a few options. Not to include the option of him quitting. Which would then give me time to find another attorney. I’m sure he is great as an attorney for other folks. I witnessed him do great things for an out of state client in which both he and the client were leaving the courtroom with smiles. However, my case was met with only “there is nothing I can do”.

He helped me get a motion to travel without any paperwork a few months ago. Today 1/10/2024 he helped me beat my MTR and Assault 2nd offense, both 3rd degree felonies. Both of those cases dismissed with a True to violation and only 2 amendments to probations. Both of those are one time classes.
