I was referred to Nicole through my employer’s database for assistance with updating documents. While she was responsive initially, I had to follow up multiple times and even call the office to receive further communication.

As an attorney, I would expect more consistent responsiveness, whether directly or through an assistant. Unfortunately, the lack of timely communication made the process feel like a challenge.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Nicole due to the unreliable response time and communication.
