Law Office of Nicholas Sheedy

I reached out to Nicholas Sheedy’s law office and spoke with multiple people in an attempt to schedule an appointment. After finally getting an appointment scheduled, I received a text message saying it needed to be rescheduled because their phones were down. I was then given a new date and told that Nicholas would call me. Unfortunately, that call never happened. I find this extremely unprofessional, especially for a law office. If they are unable or unwilling to take on a case, the least they could do is communicate that rather than leaving someone waiting and essentially ghosting them. People reach out to attorneys because they need help, and the least they deserve is basic communication and professional courtesy. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and would not recommend this office.
