My case has now reached a settlement, and I appreciate all the work that was done to help get my workers’ compensation case resolved. The process was lengthy and there were definitely some frustrating moments along the way, but I’m glad to have the case settled and moving forward. Thank you for everything that was done.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for months. my experience with attorney Milena Velilla left a lasting impression, unfortunately not a positive one. Throughout my case, communication was very limited. Most interactions were handled through staff, and when I reached out for updates or clarification about my case, I often felt brushed off and left without clear answers. I rarely received updates unless I contacted the office first, which made the process feel confusing and stressful. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of transparency and direction regarding my case. I never felt like I had a clear understanding of what was happening or what the next steps would be. I do want to acknowledge that the office staff were generally kind, professional, and compassionate. There was one staff member in particular who was especially helpful whenever I spoke with her, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, my experience with Milena herself felt very different. I personally found her communication style dismissive and lacking empathy, especially considering the stress injured workers already face during these situations. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for consistent communication, transparency, and support throughout their case

I had a great experience with Velilla Law Firm. 10/10 . I had a workman’s comp case that was taken care of and I was in great hands. I highly recommend this law firm .
