I retained this firm for an employment matter and had a poor experience.
Over approximately 4.5 months, the case did not progress beyond an initial demand letter. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up for updates. I was told I would receive a follow-up call that never happened.
My understanding was that the case would be handled on a contingency basis, but I was later asked to pay fees despite no recovery being obtained. When I requested my file, I did not see clear documentation showing that materials had been sent to my employer, and I was told a copy would be mailed to me but did not receive anything after waiting more than two weeks.
I understand legal matters can take time, but I expected better communication, follow-through, and transparency.
I would not recommend based on my experience.

Didn't show up during a very important interview with another attorney. Was told to "take notes". Never again talked about all of the provided notes.

Does not respond to the message herself, but rather has her intake/receptionist jot down all of the notes, which for odd reasons never seem to reach her.
