I come from the medical field sterile processing / surgical instruments sterilization was my specialty for 7 years. Michael H. Pham did not do his job in representing me in the end if anything he helped the system take my career and life away from me . I was held inside Harris county jail system like I was criminal and held on a 2.5 million dollar bond along side people that had capital murders and my bond was higher than their bonds. My case was reset over 6 times and while in jail I was treated like crap because of the classification of the charge, I was put in the worse environments while in there being picked on because I stayed out the way and the horrible conditions I experienced where inmates smoked stuff called “Tune” which I believe was embalming fluid or roach spray on paper. I was convicted literally for something I didn’t do and maintained my complete innocence until I got jumped on by 15 inmates on May 25,2023 while incarcerated for almost a year for something I didn’t do. He and everyone know I didn’t do it. The persons who had made the false accusations against me admitted the truth and Michael still didn’t fight for a dismissal of my case nobody was going to come forward because of the falsehood of the statements made against me but once again Michael did not defend me and told me if I wanted to see my family and be free from the harm I had experienced in jail to take a plea instead of him pushing for a dismissal after my case had been made on the docket so long without resolution because he didn’t do anything on my behalf. The least he could of done after I experienced all that for something I didn’t do was get a dismissal I could of lost my life in there but not every attorney/ lawyer takes pride in their job and this will always traumatize me and he literllay helped the state of Texas legal system ruin my life. I have been suffering with trauma every single day since that hit against my record I was completely innocent of. Extremely limited job opportunities and non existing housing opportunities just frustrating and stressful but I have faith the truth will be revealed and I will get granted relief and reversal upon a fair review
