Amazing service to navigate a nightmare sublet-tenant eviction situation. I consulted with Marc to begin the eviction process right way which saved additional months of rent-loss. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME awaiting good faith promises or situational excuses from a tenant, because every step of the eviction process has lag-time inclusive of documentation prep, notary sign-off, third-party serving services, and state/city mandated waiting times to move forward to the next step. That time costs you money. The system is NOT on your side. Marc and his team at Scolnick Law are. Maybe you'll get lucky and your tenant will leave or pay somewhere within the eviction process, but there's no reason to not get started while awaiting that lottery situation to take place. My situation was particularly grim and could have easily spanned years had Marc not convinced me to act right away. Please do yourself a favor and at LEAST set up a consultation ASAP.
