My father had a Will that stated that my brother needed to be sober for a year prior to receiving any inheritance and Gary ultra and removed everyone from the world to where it only benefited my brother stating that he did not know there was any previous wills my father is 90 years old. It has come to my attention that Gary’s office also asked for final wishes from my brother. My brother currently has an active warrant out of Broward County. Florida has been investigated for elderly affairs. There are several Recordings of my brother stealing money from my dad’s bank account, including the bank manager, knowing about it my mother, who is no longer even married to my father knows about the issue. She was a court reporter for quite some time. Attorneys are always supposed to ask, especially when clients seem like they are being influenced or in fear my brother is not my father‘s caretaker he has never had a job in his entire life. He is 40 years old. He has a rap sheet as long as the declaration of independence and he has been on substances for quite some time and stealing money out of many accounts we are talking almost hal a million To utilize substance. my brother somehow thinks he is going to obtain my father‘s home upon his passing due to the paperwork that Mr. Landau has set out I have had to expose this issue in the groups in all of Broward County until there is some resolution. My father has failed every single cognition test, and it is unclear to me. Why an attorney would attempt to alter a Will and then claim he didn’t know there was any other wells, but he noticed that there was severe fear in my father‘s behavior with him coming into the office with my brother even my father’s neighbors have called the police for my brother throwing his mattress outside and actually physically assaulting him. We were talking about a 90 -year-old man.
