Glaring Conflict of Interest and Concerning Practices

This review is a warning for any resident of an HOA-managed community in Broward County, especially Wynmoor.

The business model used by Bogen Law Group is deeply troubling. They are retained using our mandatory HOA dues to represent the community association. At the same time, they pursue individual residents with legal action and demands for thousands more in fees. This feels like a "double-dipping" practice where we are forced to fund the firm that is taking legal action against us.

What's most alarming is the glaring conflict of interest. This is Broward County Vice Mayor Mark D. Bogen's personal law firm. A sitting politician's firm profiting from legal disputes against his own constituents is an ethical red flag. It makes you question who is really being protected here.

Residents deserve transparency and fair representation, not intimidation tactics funded by our own money. I would give zero stars if I could. Proceed with extreme caution if your HOA uses this firm.

I would never recommend this law firm to anyone they did represent wynmoor and Coconut Creek Florida.
Kathleen was extremely rude. I’ve never been spoken to in my life and I’m 63 years old. Don’t use these people.
