I went yesterday to make an appointment for a consultation and to my surprise I was greeted by Mr. Bruno himself and before I knew it I was sitting down in his office. He was professional and genuinely interested and gave me some useful advice. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I scheduled a consultation based on a recommendation, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I received an unexpected call from the law office at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night, waking my entire family, including my sick toddler. There was no urgent reason for a call at such an hour—an email or text would have been more appropriate. I have yet to speak with the attorney directly as my appointment is scheduled later in the week and it appears that the office outsources his admin work to the Philippians. Very unprofessional. + The caller knew it was late and still proceeded to call me because his first response was " I am sorry I am calling so LATE but..." Never Again...
