While the second transaction went much more smoothly, there are always challenges in real estate; and Delighla was phenomenal. She ensured that every detail was handled seamlessly and we felt confident and secure at every stage of the process.

If I could not give a star I would. I called Delighla on a Monday and she told me to text her my information for an appointment for that Thursday. I called the day before the appintment to confirm, left a voicemail, even called on the day of the appointment and no response. Rightfully so, I still showed up to my appointment, early, waited and she did not show up. After waiting for the appointment time to come and go, I left. She proceeded to call me the next day stating she called to follow up. She acknowledged I had called to confirm and that she did not get back to me. She also admitted to not putting it on her schedule. Then later that day she called me, the voicemail was a little muffled until I could clearly hear her say "you know what lady, I don't want to talk to you either". Whether it was a buttdial or intentional no one should speak to people that way. Bad service. I do NOT recommend.
