My experience is I call for help and it doesn't answer his phone but when he does answer his phone he hangs up on you and pretends like he didn't hear the call, bad customer service and I called back and I was forward to voicemail

I contacted David 2 months ago about an injury i had at work. 5 days later got a return got a return phone call Told me he had some pending issues and would get back to me in a few days. 2 weeks later I called him, he apologized and said for me to forward him my medical records from my slip and fall. 6 weeks later i contact him and he replies..Well we have decided that we will not be following up on your case..Could this response have been more unprofessional i think not. Horrible cust service and could he have cared less for me. I think you have an answer to that question.
