Maas and Russo

I literally just called to speak to someone about expunging my record. The receptionist who answered was extremely rude. Told me that I need to go with another company that they will not help me because I did not want to listen to what she had to say she asked me for a paper that in Las Vegas, where I now reside you can’t just request that a job has to give it to you in order for you to go in and get the scan. I also was just letting her know that maybe if she typed in my name and social that some information would come up Because I just spoke to another attorney’s office and they were able to do that also let her know that I have a case number as well. She did not want to take that information. She was rude. She told me to call someone else and that she was not gonna assist me so I would not. This company at all

I had James Mulgannon as my attorney and I can't praise him enough. He took over my case when my other attorney had to withdraw for personal reasons. He always kept in me the loop of what was going on with my case. He made sure that he fought with everything at his disposal and beat my case that could have ruined my life. There’s no harder decision than finding a law office especially coming in without any background of what to expect. I can definately say this office walked me through every single step of the process and broke everything down for me. There was never any dumb questions or unmet expectations. Everything was always clear and concise and I was never given unrealistic ideas. Working with Tom and the whole office as a whole was truly pleasure and I cannot say enough good things. I hope I never have to go through this experience again but if I did I would come to them with no hesitation.
