I was just talking about Cynthia to my daughter and reminiscing about what an amazing help she was to me 2 years ago. My daughter asked me if I had left a google review for her. I had been waiting for a probate case and it turned out it didn’t even need to go to probate because the value of my mothers property was less than the amount required for probate. I had been waiting for the process to be fixed, going from attorney to attorney for over a year while my moms house set empty in California. I felt helpless and living out of state I was so scared squatters would get in the house and make my nightmare even worse. Thankfully Cynthia handled my case in just a few short months for the lowest price of anyone else I spoke with. In the end I payed her just a little more than I paid the other attorneys in consultation fees alone. She was helpful, knowledgeable in what she does, upfront with exact fees, and didn’t waste time. I will refer her again and again to anyone I know!
