Customer service is non existent with these people beginning with the man who answers the phone, his name is Ian or Allen. Each time I’ve called he has been incredibly rude to me. I live out of state because my husband is Active Duty and our family is in the process of amending my parents deed. We had been waiting for weeks to confirm they received the notarized Deed I sent and when I called for the third time he was rude and abrasive. I asked to speak with the Office Manager or Owner and he did not connect me with him. I wish I could cancel the entire process and get a refund so we could use a different company. His attitude and lack of professionalism was uncalled for and just simply RUDE! I do not recommend these people!

Update-I was able to speak with Ian the manager and he did resolve my issue and apologized so
