I reached out to this office regarding two cases I believed had strong merit and was ultimately declined representation both times. That’s their right, but the decision-making process feels selective, especially given the circumstances.

In my situation, I reported being assaulted while in custody despite being fully restrained. There are serious concerns about how the incident was handled, including inconsistencies in internal review and missing audio from recorded evidence. Despite this, I was unable to secure representation here.
