I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Attorney Rayana Thomas. I expected fast processing of paperwork, especially considering my mother's health condition. However, despite promises made during our initial meeting, none of the promised deliverables have been fulfilled.

Additionally, my attempts to contact the attorney have been met with no response, causing me immense stress. The situation is further complicated by my father's recent cancer diagnosis, which my mother wishes to visit him for. Unfortunately, due to the lack of travel documents, this is not possible.

I am at a loss for what to do, as I have already paid for the attorney's services but have received no results. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
