DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND WHAT WILL YOU DO ABOUT IT? I retained hi. For a family court case. 3K retainer to start the proceedings. Ok. Fast forward a bit, im down to about 780 left in the tank and it looks like a trial is imminent. I was told to put another 2K on my bill since we look like we may go to trial. So we're looking at about 2700 in the tank. Well, my case, the parties involved, come to a conclusion outside of court and I call and tell him I want to pull my order, we have settled amongst ourselves. Well, I cannot get my itemized bill which is in HIS contract. No bill, no refunds for the unused funds, secretary stopped answering my emails. Brockway blocked me or removed me on Facebook sobi cant even find him to message personally. Hes hiding now. And dont come on here and rebuttal that you dont know me because you will be reminded of me soon enough. I will be as bad for your business moving forward as I can be. I have the receipts to prove how I've been treated. I will do anything and everything in my power to take my 2700 dollars times 10 out of your pocket moving forward. I will not stop being bad for this guy's business until I feel I have been compensated fully. I have been looking into a billboard along I87 coming into Plattsburgh to put my name number email and tell a short story as to why you should not use this crooked fella for anything. I will do my best to be compensated one way or another including small claims court. This is not over. I will NOT stop. You ripped off the wrong person Brockway. Do the right thing. No laws against being bad for business and if I have the proof and everything is True then its NOT malicious and I can tell anyone who will listen and I can post as publicly as I want.
