I did my great deal of research when my husband and I started looking for an attorney to file for a Stepparent adoption given that the biological father was not willing to agree to an adoption. I am so glad we went with Allen and his office. He is great to work with and very communicative. He made sure we understood the process thoroughly and kept us informed every step of the way. A huge factor for us was also his set fees. He has a set price for his services, so what he says you pay during your consultation is it. No extra fees. We did have a longer case and required additional services from him, which we knew could happen although we didn't expect them to. He was very kind to work with us on making it happen for the same price he had mentioned in our consultation and offered us to make two separate payments given that it was during the holidays; allowing us to proceed without the stress of funds affecting the process nor our holiday plans. He is very responsive via e-mail or their portal and answers any questions you have along the way and clarifies anything that might seem confusing for you. 100% recommend him!

We had a great experience working with Allen Hall for our stepparent adoption. Our case had a few unexpected delays and changes along the way, but he handled everything professionally and kept the process moving forward.

A little late posting so I apologize but we couldn't be happier than to have chosen Allen for all our legal needs.
