We had a wonderful experience with this law firm. Attorney Lance and his assistant, Diana, were professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. One of the things we appreciated most was that the firm is truly bilingual. Diana speaks Spanish at a professional level and explained everything clearly in both English and Spanish, which made a huge difference for my aunt, who does not speak English. Although I speak both languages, knowing that my aunt could fully understand every detail of her case and feel comfortable asking questions gave us so much peace of mind.
