My wife and I got into a bad situation with a used car dealer. We were requested to Zelle money to hold a car while repairs were made before signing a contract. We did no get a receipt and never signed any purchase agreement so immediately asked for a refund . We decided not to purchase the car, but the dealer refused to return our money. We found Epstein Dispute Resolutions after a Google search. My wife called and Mr. Epstein answered immediately and discussed our situation. He was very honest to say that our dollar loss was too small to justify paying for his services. He did some research and provided multiple avenues that we could file complaints with various agencies on our own to try to get resolution. I am happy to say it worked and we got our money back.
