There aren't enough stars on google to give Charles. To say he's a skilled attorney that handles your case with care and detail would be an understatement; Charles goes so far above and beyond this. A former lawyer in the IRS' Office of the Chief Counsel, there's arguably no one who knows the IRS better than him.
