As GLETS, LLC and as a private citizen I deal with a number of people in various walks of life and it absolutely amazes me how many people do not return call, do not return texts, do not return E-mails, etc. I seldom need an “immediate” response from people but I do expect something after 3 business days. Rosten Law is definitely in the top 10% of people I have dealt with in various professions (real estate, food service, construction, CPA, sales, etc.) since 2015 for possessing a professional reputation for maintaining contact.
