I was referred & given the contact info from another attorney agency as they didn't handle my particular case. The receptionist who gave me the contact info for this attorney agency said that their office has referred several people with the same or similar cases & said those clients have always come back to express how great it was to work for Larry Wilder. The attorney Alex that I tried to speak to was one of the most absolutely rude, dismissive, & disrespectful people that I have ever had to deal with hands down. He was very condescending and he interrupted me every single time I tried to ask him a question or when I tried to answer his. After about 10 minutes, I asked to talk to Mr. Larry Wilder attorney as that is who I was referred to. Alex responded in a very rude manner that he is the attorney who handles my type of case, that Larry Wilder did not deal with my type of case any longer, then very rudely & suddenly stated that he could take my case & hung up on me.
Mr. Larry Wilder had texted me after the conversation with Alex, as he wasn't aware I had even spoken to anyone at that office. I thanked him for reaching out, & went into great detail about my very frustrating conversation earlier that day. I told him that I had been interrupted continuously, that Alex was extremely rude to me, made it clear that he handles my type of case, that he became increasingly disrespectful to me, said that his retainer was $3000 that had to be paid in full before he would even look at my case then suddenly told me he couldn't take my case & hung up on me. Mr Wilder apologized several times for having been treated so very rudely, that he had been so disrespectful to me, especially when he hung up on me. He did say that he no longer works on my kind of case, & he was very sorry his law firm wasn't able to help me & also for having been treated so unprofessionally. I would work with Mr. Wilder in the future if I ever had a case he still worked on, but I will NEVER attempt to talk to or discuss anything with Alex ever again. ,
