Filled out a online request form on sunday and didn't hear from them on monday so I gave them a call on tuesday and was told their receptionist was sick and I would get a call back on wednesday. Didn't hear from them so I called again on Thursday and was told the receptionist was on vacation. Only just received an email almost a week after first contacting them telling me they cant help. If you are going through metlife dont even bother trying to contact them. They must not want to work.
