The secretary is so unprofessional down right rude and mean. Callahan himself is not much better does a lot of legal talk to bolster his image to you and make you feel at ease but BEWARE its like a used cars salesman and he's not going to do the job well. We fell for it and had him set up multiple trusts for my entire family and extended family. There were glaring errors in his clearly cut and paste documents which we had to look over with a fine tooth comb to catch for example other peoples names and addresses and unfortunately there were legal things we missed and only found out when we had to go to another lawyer after our loved one passed away. He also turned very unprofessional and unhelpful and down right evasive strung us along for over a month and then when I called to check on things after a month I was suddenly EMAILED by his secretary that he wasn't helping us any longer and we would have to hire another attorney. That's when the real nightmare set in finding out how poorly he did things the other lawyer was flabbergasted at the legal errors! And when we had to contact him again to make changes he refused. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE do not make the same mistake we did!!!!
