Drew up a revocable will for us that took six months from start to finish. When my husband passed this month, I assumed wrongly that he would at the very least point me in the right direction. Instead after asking a few simple questions, he asked why I kept bothering him and hung up on me. I need a probate attorney. I might add that his dad was friend and attorney to my husband’s side of the family going way back.
